Eye-Lazerz of DOOOM!!!

I need books to read. Tell me a book that I've always wanted to read. Or a book that you think I should read. Or a book that you like. 'Classic' books are free downloads...

www.baen.com - there's a free library of sci fi. I recommend "The Course of Empire" and "Freehold", and "1632".

No DRM or any other assorted crap, and hosted by the publisher.

Stieg Larsson's millenium trilogy. A friend introduced me to these books last year and I am addicted. I am happy to lend you the first two if you like.

They even list award winners that you can download.

I wouldn't even try to suggest an individual book because I have no idea what you haven't read from the Smithfield library.

Try the public library. Their E-book site is pretty good.

Pop by my place one evening after work, and I can give you a large collection of Baen ebooks. Mostly from the Free Library, but there's some that I've bought as well.
