I've started scanning some fifteen-year-old drawings that I've had sitting in a manila folder for... well, fifteen years.

There are basically two series.

Metaculture is a five-page nonsense comic that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever, and yet still contains some of my most technically excellent drawing. Herbal enhancement may be necessary to grok this. It was almost certainly involved in its creation.

And then there's Oh God I'm So Fucking Bored. A 23-part series of doodles I did while working an extremely boring job. I haven't uploaded all of them yet - just a representative sample. Keep looking back occasionally for new ones. I'll be gradually uploading the lot in an entirely random schedule. Except for VI - The Monument At Farkuul, which I actually framed and gave away to a friend. You probably won't see that one.

I still occasionally make drawings. The only limitation I have is that I can't draw anything that actually exists. All of my drawings are more or less abstract - although they do occasionally incorporate cartoony elements like faces and hands sticking out of holes. Also the occasional stick figure (many years before they became fashionable).

Be sure - these drawings are pretty damn freaky. I was in a pretty weird state of mind when I was drawing them. So don't complain to me about them making you feel like you've been skullfucked by a warp-worm. I caution you not to over-intellectuallise these, either. Some of them have symbolic elements, but most of them are genuinely random.

I still sometimes make drawings. I'll post them if I have the opportunity to scan them.
